What to include in a project inquiry

A few details help us understand your site before we call you back, so the first conversation is about your project rather than basic questions. Photos taken from several angles are especially useful.

• The property address or nearest cross streets.
• Approximate area in square feet or acres, or a site plan if you have one.
• Current ground condition: bare soil, weeds, old turf, or construction debris.
• Slopes, ditches, swales, or detention ponds within the work area.
• Whether water is available on site.
• Any SWPPP, specification, or inspection deadline the work needs to meet.

Our office on the North Freeway gives us practical access to Houston and the surrounding communities. We work on residential lawns, new construction lots, commercial grounds, detention and retention ponds, roadsides, and utility corridors.
